  1. You should already have your parking pass in your email. If you don’t email KN4RPA@arrl.com or call Scott at +1 (520) 462-6426
  2. I can confirm that the list contains just email addresses for the POCs
  3. Already asked that question and the answer I got was yes
  4. @KN4RPAjust tried it myself and didn’t have a problem. So I’m lost.
  5. Great question. The file that was put out was our best attempt to make a file that can be read by most programming software and I was pointing out a flaw that I noticed while using it. My comment was to encourage anyone using the file to double check what it produces for you in your programming software against what is published in the operating guide. The file in the operating guide is 100% accurate and should be followed to the letter(number).
  6. Be sure to double check your settings as compared to the Frequency plan posted in the Operating guide. I too came across some discrepancies on radio check day with CTCSS tones being improperly imported into my radio programming software. I will be at the all hands and will have both the Frequency plan and chirp files as I updated to try if you wish. Best suggestion remains to verify all imported programming as compared to the printed Frequency plan in the Operating guide as to this day nothing beats the accuracy of a double and triple checked excel file. lol Regards Bobby -- KO4CRM
  7. @AC1AZ @KC3AOO If you gentlemen wouldn't mind updating your ham volunteers profile with this info, if you click on this link it will take you to your volunteer profile where you scroll to the bottom and it asks for your plate number and state. Thanks so much for volunteering and sticking with us as we stumble thought getting Ham Community set up just the way we want it to make it easy and contain all the data we could need to make sure the event is as efficient and safe as possible! If either of you or anyone else for that matter has any issues feel free to send me a direct message, or complete a support ticket and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. 8. Be on the lookout in the next couple weeks assignments will be posted. Unfortunately with some of the changes we have made this year getting assignments out has been a bit more of a challenge but @K7BC is working very hard on it! Try to be flexible this year and we will do our best to have it out a little earlier next year.
  9. I am a firm believer in the mentality that one never knows everything and a day without learning is the day that I’m dying. specifically as it relates to ham radio I am highly focused right now on learning about antenna and the theory behind the construction of antennas. And next will be learning how and trying to make my own antennas.
