I found an interesting White Paper on wind loading of base station antennas. It's true that many people install towers assuming that if the tower and antenna are metal, if they have a cement base, and if they have steel guy wires, they have nothing to worry about. This one did not topple over, but it's clearly bent. As for the next one...
