I am completely lost and cannot find any attachment that is being send. 
I click on the link to download the Operating guide....but I do not find it anywhere. 
can someone help?

Also I received a spreadsheet with my profile information and all is wrong. 
what I received it is not what I have on my profile. 
I appreciate the help, preferable a phone call.
