APRS Beaconing on 146.520

In the area were I live, I can hear APRS beaconing on 146.520.

I am not upset by this, as I was accidentally doing the same thing on a local repeater system testing my new FT5.  I quickly realized this, fixed the situation and apologized.

What I would like to is, find out who is doing this so I could assist them with moving to the correct APRS beacon frequency.

I am very new to ham radio, so maybe the local ham community is already working on helping this person. 

For my own knowledge, what might be some things used in this situation to help?  Fox hunting maybe?
