FT-890

I found this Yaesu FT-890 at a ham radio shop in Georgia (used of course).  The guy was asking only $275.  What a deal.  It's my main HF radio now for 40 meters with my home made dipole.

What a deal!!! But, sorry, I can’t take my eyes off the lamp!! And is that the Key you had built next to it?

Yes thats the key I built.

The lamp I built as well.  Its not that bright.  The camera just makes it look so.

Not that you need my ideas to be creative, dang you are hyper-creative all on your own. And yet, I cannot help but challenge you 😇 While I LOVE that pressure gauge at the top of the assembly, imagine fitting a clock in there! And if I wanted to be Uber-evil, I would imagine that faucet being a rheostat.
