You're right, why would we have a Helpdesk if we are an online operation. You would think that you could simply head over to Ham Community and ask us there. Well, for one, guests cannot post on Ham Community, so if they want to ask a question they have to do it here. As for our own members – and Ham Boutique clients – if you have a specific, urgent need, this is the place to do it. You will get our immediate attention. We aim to answer within the hour and commit to answering within six hours during EST (or DST) business hours.
