Consider lending your views (and votes) at the Annual Business Meeting starting at 7:40 pm on November 8^th at Thoreau Middle School, 2505 Cedar Lane, Vienna.  There will be no Forum presentation prior to the meeting, however the doors will be open for fellowship and informal discussions, starting at 7:00 pm.

Nominations for two Board positions will be taken up to the beginning of the meeting.  Nominees will be asked to present oral statement to the membership at the meeting, and all members in good standing will be asked to vote.  The duties of the Board members are defined in the Club’s By-laws, and Board members attend one Board meeting a month.  See here for minutes of the last Board meeting.

Members present at the Annual Business Meeting will also be asked to review and approve the 2020 operating budget. 

Finally, various officers and committees will report on their annual activities
