Our topic is about the modern reincarnation of “homebrewing”.  Specifically:  The (Re)emergence of an Amateur Radio “Maker Community” .  Join Dean, KK4DAS, and chair of an active Amateur Radio Maker group in Northern Virginia, as he discusses the reemergence of home brewing – in the 21^st Century.  He will talk about the techniques, and some of the projects he’s lead Hams – old and new to the hobby – make using the “Manhattan style” homebrewing technique. 

 While you have your calendars out, mark your August calendar for a discussion by Art, W4ART on the Network Engineers Repeater Association, and some of the great work NERA does supporting an extensive, linked repeater system in the region.  The meeting will be Aug 20^th, again at 1130 and via Zoom.
